I am currently working as sound designer for a research project organised by Wild Garsdale Pike and funded by the University of Cumbria. The project will use academic literature to inform the production of a set of five short videos depicting the natural features of Garsdale Pike with beautiful and intimate photography from Cain Scrimbeour of Wild Intrigue, and hyper-realistic sound design. These videos will be used to research whether audio-visual stimuli can be used to elicit similar beneficial effects to those gained from being in nature in person.
